On Christmas Day, sponsored children of the “Star Project” in Belem do Para (Brazil) received food and toys as Christmas gifts. Meanwhile, in Portel (Brazil), where there are 193 children helped by sponsors from Spain and Rio de Janeiro, they will celebrate Three Wise Kings day, January 6, with a worship ceremony and the delivery of food baskets to the families.
In Totonicapan (Guatemala), they also celebrated Christmas with the Eucharist and the distribution of food and toys. “The smiles and expressions on these faces are payment for the effort it takes to reach this day. Thank you to so many people who come together to be able to perform this miracle. Today was an atypical day for over a thousand children. All the smiles and blessings of these children are for you,” said Lucrecia Tax, Project Estrella’s coordinator in Guatemala.
