ARCORES International, the Augustinian Recollect Solidarity Network, reinforces its commitment to social transformation by actively participating in the 2025 JPIC Formation Workshop, to be held in Rome from February 10-14. This important international gathering, organized by the USG-UISG JPIC Commission, will be conducted under the theme “JPIC MISSION: Pilgrims of Hope for Systemic Transformation for the Common Good of All Creation.
ARCORES’s participation in this strategic event is represented by prominent members of the organization: Tagoy Jakosalem and Hugo Sánchez, who will attend in person in Rome, while Vincent Cadeliña will participate virtually. This multiple presence will allow ARCORES to strengthen its capabilities in crucial areas for its social and solidarity mission.
During the five days of intensive training, ARCORES representatives will deepen their understanding of essential tools and methodologies to enhance the network’s social projects.
The program includes training in fundamental aspects such as Catholic social doctrine, systemic transformation strategies, and social action methodologies, elements that will be crucial for strengthening ARCORES’s work in its various international projects and programs.
This participation represents a unique opportunity for ARCORES to expand its capabilities in managing global challenges such as poverty, social conflicts, and climate change.
The knowledge acquired will be fundamental to developing new social intervention strategies and improving existing programs in the different countries where ARCORES maintains an active presence.
The workshop, taking place within the framework of the 2025 Jubilee Year, will allow ARCORES to strengthen its international collaboration networks and update its working methodologies, thus contributing to its mission of promoting social justice and sustainable development based on Augustinian Recollect values.
